Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit covers the time reserved and the potential loss of other clients. The remaining balance is due upon service completion. Cancellations & Rescheduling: 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or service changes. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the 50% non-refundable deposit. Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the service cost. Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to booking restrictions. Credit Card Requirement: A credit card must be on file to book an appointment. If proper cancellation notice is not given, the card on file will be charged accordingly. Confirmation Text/Email: A reminder will be sent 48 hours before your appointment. It is your responsibility to track your appointment time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, or fees. Lateness Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you are running late, notify us via text as soon as possible. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your appointment and a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost. Repeated lateness may lead to booking restrictions. No Call / No Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service cost. No refunds or exceptions.
