Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit covers the time reserved and the potential loss of other clients. The remaining balance is due upon service completion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

48-hour notice is required for cancellations or service changes.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the 50% non-refundable deposit.

Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to booking restrictions.

Credit Card Requirement: A credit card must be on file to book an appointment. If proper cancellation notice is not given, the card on file will be charged accordingly.

Confirmation Text/Email: A reminder will be sent 48 hours before your appointment. It is your responsibility to track your appointment time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, or fees.
Lateness & No Show Policy

Lateness Policy:

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you are running late, notify us via text as soon as possible.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your appointment and a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Repeated lateness may lead to booking restrictions.

No Call / No Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service cost. No refunds or exceptions.
General Policies

No Additional Guests, Children, or Pets: For the safety and comfort of all clients, additional guests, children, and pets are not allowed in the studio.

No Refunds: No refunds of any kind—no exceptions.

Agreement to Terms: By booking an appointment with Guavanailz LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

At La Divina Wellness Salon, your health, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and wellness to ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for every client.

Our Sanitation Practices
✔️ Medical-Grade Hygiene – All tools are cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized using an autoclave to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination.
✔️ Disposable & Single-Use Materials – Files, buffers, and any applicable materials are never reused between clients.
✔️ Hospital-Grade Disinfectants – Workstations and pedicure areas are sanitized with EPA-approved disinfectants after each client. -
✔️ Health-Conscious Products – We use non-toxic, cruelty-free products to promote the health and integrity of your nails and skin.

If you are experiencing fungal infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to ensure a safe environment for all clients.

We reserve the right to decline services if a condition is present that may require medical attention.
One Week Nail Guarantee Policy

We stand behind our work and want you to love your nails! If you experience chipping, lifting, or any other issue within 7 days of your service, we will provide a complimentary fix.

How to request a fix: Contact us within 7 days of your appointment with photos of the issue. We will schedule you for a complimentary repair.

After 7 days: Any necessary fixes will require a standard appointment and may be subject to additional service fees.

Gift Card & Package Policies

Thank you for choosing La Divina Wellness Salon! Our gift cards are the perfect way to treat yourself or someone special to a luxurious nail and wellness experience.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Validity: Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed.

Booking Responsibility: The recipient is responsible for booking their own appointment using our online booking site. We recommend scheduling in advance as soon as the following month opens up to secure your preferred time.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other promotions or discounts.

Service Coverage: Gift cards can be used toward any service offered by La Divina Wellness Salon, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Missed Appointments: If an appointment is missed or canceled outside of our cancellation policy, the gift card may be subject to forfeiture.
